How can I tell if a candidate's qualifications are equal to those required for my vacancy?
Answer:
We realise that our candidates may hold qualifications from places you have never heard of.
This can be discerning and make it difficult to decide just who is the most relevant candidate for the job.
Although we go to great lengths to ensure that candidates explain their qualifications effeciently we cannot administrate all submitted CVs.
